Latitude 8 came about from a culmination of years of experience and passion for international real estate. Latitude 8 is a marketing company and represents high-end residential properties and resorts & hotels throughout The Caribbean Basin, including Belize, Panama, Mexico, Honduras, The Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. We do not represent every available project. On the contrary, our mission is to provide only those projects and products we feel can generate a significant investment return or provide the luxurious life style you desire.
Our objective is to educate our clients on all of the facts related to purchasing and investing in international real estate. This includes in depth country profiling, legal & tax counseling, financing and thorough Real Estate analysis.
This is usually done through one-on-one counseling and communication. However, L8 offers organized group tours in many of our represented countries, offering people an intense immersion trip where individuals will have the opportunity to experience a particular country first hand.
For the investor at heart, L8 also offers unique investment-only programs. L8 Equity Projects allows investors to financially participate, along with other accredited investors, in larger, medium and long-term land and resort projects. Each Equity Project is as unique as the investment opportunity itself and can often times be individually tailored to match your investment criteria.
