Whether you are a first time visitor or seasoned international investor, one of the most exciting offerings from Latitude 8 are the investment tours that we conduct throughout the year in a multitude of countries.

Investment tours can range from 4 to 8 days depending on what country or countries we are researching. Together with our local experienced staff you will have the opportunity to visit a wide array of real estate projects. In addition you will hear from a wide variety of “local experts” who will inform you from every aspect of investing and living in a particular country.

For example, should you desire to visit Panama, you will be greeted by our local staff at the airport and taken to your first destination, just outside of downtown Panama, overlooking the Panama Canal and Bridge of the Americas. From there you will spend 5 intense days traveling around the entire country from Pacific Coast to Atlantic Coast. You will see first hand available real estate projects ranging from private residential neighborhoods to towering sky scrapers in downtown Panama City.
